Inmate Accounts & Canteen
Canteen
Commissary (Canteen) orders are available to inmates housed at the St. Lucie County Jail. A private contractor provides this service. An inmate's personal account can not be discussed with anyone except the inmate and he/she is provided with the means to request information on their account. Canteen deliveries are made weekly throughout the facility from Tuesday morning through Friday evening.

Money
All money is receipted and deposited in an inmate's individual account upon entry into the facility. These funds may be used for purchasing commissary items and will be used for any expenses incurred (booking fee, subsistence fee, self-initiated and non-emergency medical care).
