R.A.D Women Basic Personal Defense
 

R.A.D. (Rape Aggression Defense) is an empowering program that affords women an opportunity to enhance personal defense. The goal of the program is to develop and enhance the options of self defense, so they may become viable considerations to the woman who is attacked.
