St. Lucie County Sheriff Mascara asks for public's help to find missing/endangered adult Walter Michaleski
Ninety-one-year-old Walter Michaleski, who suffers from dementia, has been missing since Saturday, and St. Lucie County Sheriff Ken J. Mascara is asking for the public's help to find him.
"Mr. Michaleski is a white male, 6 feet tall with grey hair, weighing 200 pounds," Sheriff Mascara said. "He was last seen at 9600 Carlton Road, Port St. Lucie, Saturday at noon, driving a 1994 dark green four-door Toyota Camry with missing door handles, with Florida license tag BQTC89."
Sheriff Mascara asked for anyone with information to call 9-1-1 in St. Lucie County or St. Lucie County detective offices at 772-462-3230.
Mr. Michaleski checked out of a retirement home in Palm Beach County, saying he didn't like the facility, Sheriff Mascara said. Mr. Michaleski has done this in the past and has usually returned to the facility. He may be headed to Clementon, N.J.
