The St. Lucie County Hundred Club, proudly serving the county's emergency service professionals, invites you to become a member
The St. Lucie County Hundred Club is in its third decade of service to the emergency services community of the county. The Hundred Club provides financial support to families of law enforcement officers, corrections officers and fire fighter/EMTs who have been seriously injured or killed in the line of duty.
Our law enforcement, corrections and firefighting professionals face these possibilities every day on the job. It's a subject most of us would rather not think about, but it's the reason that law enforcement, firefighting and business professionals established the St. Lucie County Hundred Club in 1987.
The Hundred Club has the support of: Nineteenth Judicial Circuit State Attorney Bruce Colton, Florida Highway Patrol Capt. John Cataldo, St. Lucie County Fire District Chief Ron Parrish, St. Lucie County Sheriff Ken J. Mascara, Port St. Lucie Police Chief John A. Bolduc, Fort Pierce Police Chief R. Sean Baldwin, Fort Pierce Mayor Linda Hudson and Port St. Lucie Mayor JoAnn Faiella.
The Hundred Club is proud of its record of devoting 100 percent of the money it raises to helping families of seriously injured emergency services professionals or those killed in the line of duty. All services are provided by dedicated volunteers.
Each year, the Hundred Club has an annual meeting and banquet to honor outstanding police officers, deputies, state troopers and fire fighters, as selected by their agencies.
The 2013 banquet and annual meeting is Tuesday, May 21, at Gator Trace Country Club, 4302 Gator trace Drive, Fort Pierce, with cocktails at 6 p.m. and the dinner at 7.
The President of the St. Lucie County Hundred Club is Jane Rowley.
An individual membership, which includes a ticket to the banquet, is $100. A law enforcement/fire fighter membership, allowing one person to attend the annual meeting, is $50. A corporate membership, allowing two people to attend, is $250. For $2,000, one is entitled to a lifetime individual membership.
