St. Lucie County Sheriff Mascara releases identity of homicide victim found at his Oleander Avenue home Tuesday
Ashley Ronald Pollow, 58, of 6405 Oleander Avenue, is the man whose body was found at his home Tuesday by Sheriff's deputies, according to St. Lucie County Sheriff Ken J. Mascara.
"Based on the results of Wednesday's autopsy, we believe Mr. Pollow was the victim of a homicide," Sheriff Mascara said. "For investigative reasons, we are not releasing details of our investigation."
Deputies were sent to Pollow's home Tuesday to check on his welfare. He hadn't been seen for several days.
Anyone with information is asked to call Sheriff's detective offices during business hours at 772-462-3230, or 9-1-1 in St. Lucie County any time. Also those who wish to provide information anonymously can call Treasure Coast Crime Stoppers at 1-800-273-TIPS (1-800-273-8477.) If the tip leads to an arrest, the tipster could be eligible for a cash reward without having to give his or her name.
