St. Lucie County Sheriff's Office investigation of Oct. 28 Becker Road incident concludes with no probable cause for an arrest of any party, Sheriff Mascara announces
The St. Lucie County Sheriff's Office has determined that no probable cause exists for an arrest of any party to an incident that occurred Oct. 28 on Becker Road in Port St. Lucie, according to Sheriff Ken J. Mascara.
The incident involved three people: Port St. Lucie City Councilman Chris Cooper, Port St. Lucie City Councilman Jack Kelly, and Ronald Cohron.
