St. Lucie County Sheriff Mascara asks for public's help to locate missing, endangered adult
St. Lucie County Sheriff Ken J. Mascara is asking for the public's help to find a missing, endangered adult who left a group home in northern St. Lucie County Saturday afternoon.
"Karen D. Davis is a black female, 44 years old and weighing 200 pounds," said Sheriff Mascara. "She was last seen wearing a red blouse and blue jeans with white shoes. She suffers from schizophrenia and is in dire need of her medications."
Deputies were called at 9:40 p.m. Saturday to the Seminole Acres group home, 3562 Seminole Road, in northern, unincorporated St. Lucie County, where Davis was last seen several hours earlier.
Ms. Davis is known to have left the group home many times in the past.
Those with information are asked to call St. Lucie County Sheriff's detective offices at 772-462-3230 during business hours and after business hours to call 9-1-1 in St. Lucie County.
