"RAD for Seniors is an empowering program that affords senior adults an opportunity to enhance personal defense," said Sheriff Mascara. "The goal of the program is to improve the personal safety of seniors through pro-active strategies and physical techniques which address issues unique to their age group."
The program will take place April 19 – 30 (Monday — Friday) 9 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. each day at Tropical Isles, 5556 South U.S.1, Fort Pierce.
The class is free, but it is limited to 18 participants.
