St. Lucie County Man Shot to Death in front of his Suburban Ft. Pierce home
A 36 year old St. Lucie County Man was found dead in front of his home in the Sheraton plaza neighborhood of suburban Ft. Pierce.
According to Sheriff’s Investigators, the victim, identified as Lloyd A. Allen was shot in front of his home at 2807 Kingsley Drive in St. Lucie County.
Shortly before midnight on Saturday August 16th, the victim and his family were in their home when the victim stepped outside to answer a call on his cellular telephone. Minutes later, the victims family heard a gun shot and ran outside the home. There they found the victim laying on the ground with a single gun shot wound to the chest. The victim was transported to Lawnwood Regional Medical Center in Ft. Pierce where is was later pronounced dead.
According to Sheriff Ken Mascara, “ Our investigators have been interviewing several witnesses and are attempting to develop leads in this investigation throughout the morning”.
St. Lucie County Sheriff’s Detectives are continuing their investigation.
Sheriff Mascara said “ We are looking for the public’s help with this investigation and anyone with information about this case should contact the St. Lucie County Sheriff’s office or Treasure Coast Crime Stoppers”.
